Supporting Independent Living (SILS)
Some individuals that PFF serves live independently and receive weekly or monthly visits from staff to support, encourage and empower them. About 20 community members receive this support.
PFF offers Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS), Independent Living Services (ILS), Community Alternatives for Disabled Individuals (CADI), Respite, and In-Home services. We serve adults diagnosed with intellectual disabilities, cerebral palsy, mental illness, seizures, and autism as well as other related conditions. As the people we serve age, they often develop various physical complications such as high cholesterol, obesity and diabetes. We are able to work with the individual regarding their medical challenges so they are able to remain as independent as possible. Although none of the services named above and described in detail below are provided daily, RN oversight is provided and LPN nursing service is on call. This ensures that medical issues are addressed as needed.
To contact PFF regarding these services, please call 320-235-5897 or 1-888-560-5897.
