Community Residential Services
For individuals that need around-the-clock support, PFF operates ten homes, providing a warm, caring environment for up to 38 people in the Willmar, MN, area. Staff provide 24-hour support to ensure a safe and comfortable home environment. Each home is staffed with trained Direct Service Professionals and are designed to meet the individual needs of each person we serve.
PFF offers Community Residential Services (CRS) via waiver programs or through private pay. This service is offered to adults with Intellectual Disabilities or related conditions in a 24-hour supervised setting.
If the individual with disabilities has a county case manager, the case manager initiates the process to develop services with PFF. If the individual pays for his/her supported living services with private funds, PFF works directly with the individual and his/her family.
